Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.
2. Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must be in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, in its complete original packaging (box, documents, accessories). Any item returned incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of use may be subject to a deduction or refusal of refund.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at contact@royal-pops.store with your order number (format RP-XXXXXX) and the reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and shipping instructions.
- Send the product in its original packaging, securely packaged, to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
4. Refund
After receipt and verification of the return, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order (bank transfer or card via Stripe).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colorway, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Defective Products
In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, contact us immediately at contact@royal-pops.store with supporting photos. We will cover return shipping costs and proceed with a full refund or send a replacement item subject to availability.
