1. Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from Paris, France, within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Watches are carefully packaged with reinforced protection to ensure perfect condition on arrival.

3. Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase, regardless of destination.
4. Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is shipped. You can also track your order from your customer account or via our tracking page.
5. Carriers
We work with Chronopost, DHL and their local partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery. The carrier is automatically selected based on the destination.
6. Customs fees (outside EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, etc.), customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the sale price. We recommend checking with your country's customs authorities before ordering.
7. Delivery issue
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or does not arrive within the stated timeframes, contact us immediately at contact@royal-pops.store. We will handle the necessary procedures with the carrier.
