Terms and Conditions

1. Object
These terms and conditions govern the sale of collector watches made on the royal-pops.store website. Any purchase implies full acceptance of these terms. Royal Pop Store is an independent reseller of Swatch watches. Our supplier is Swatch Group.
2. Products
The watches offered are authentic Swatch pieces from the Royal Pop — Swatch × Audemars Piguet 2026 collection, purchased from Swatch Group. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Slight color variations due to photographic reproduction are possible.
3. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. Delivery is free for any order in metropolitan France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Royal Pop Store reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of validation.
4. Order
The order is validated after:
- Completing the delivery form
- Choosing the payment method
- Validation and receipt of the confirmation email
Royal Pop Store reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order or in case of insufficient stock.
5. Payment
Two payment methods are accepted:
- Bank transfer (IBAN) : bank details are sent to you by email after order validation. The order is shipped upon receipt of the transfer (banking delay: 1–3 business days).
- Credit card via Stripe : secure payment, processed immediately. The order is confirmed and shipped within 24–48 business hours.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped to France and French-speaking countries (Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Canada). Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days. Delivery is free. A tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@royal-pops.store. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt of the return in good condition.
8. Legal Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
9. Liability
Royal Pop Store shall not be liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products sold, nor for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or force majeure events.
10. Mediation
In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, you may recourse free of charge to the consumer mediation service. For more information: economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.
11. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
